  • How much does Parki cost?

    The typical subscription price is $150/month per park. This can vary based on the number of parks in your group along with any specific requirements.

  • Is there an additional user charge?

    No, there are no additional user charges and you can add as many users as you like.

  • Does Parki need to be customised?

    It depends. Parki comes with a powerful library of dashboards and reports that have been built specifically for tourist parks.

    However, we find adoption is best when at least 1 or 2 reports are customised to meet your specific requirements. Developing customised reports comes at an additional one-off cost that we'll work with you to define.

  • How does my data get used for benchmarking?

    Parki offers industry benchmarking in two forms, booking benchmarks and cost profile.

    Booking benchmarks allow you to compare your park's booking performance with industry 'norms'. Data from your Property Management System is aggregated with all other Parks on the Parki Platform to a de-identified, statistically significant level of detail to produce these booking insights.

    Your Cost Profile is a grouping of your expenses by categories, taken as a percentage of your total turnover. Like booking data, this cost profile information sourced from your bookkeeping software is aggregated to a statistically significant level of detail and aggregated with all other parks on Parki to produce this cost profile information.

    As a user of Parki, you'll benefit from having access to these industry benchmarks. It's also a condition of signing up to Parki that you agree for your data to be aggregated with all other parks at a de-identified statistically significant level to enrich this benchmark set.

  • What countries is Parki available in?

    Currently, Parki is available in Australia and New Zealand. If you are located in another country and are interested in using Parki, please contact us to discuss potential availability.
